Nope. I really, really, really dislike modern adaptations of classics as a general rule, and what little I have seen of the LBD kind of annoys the hell out of me. I can’t say for sure what or why, but it does.

Good point, but seriously, why does Trisha even bother tying off her hair at all? That two-inch ponytail does absolutely nothing to keep the hair out one’s face or anything like that. It’s utterly pointless.
So my friend Jellyjay has decided, at great personal risk, to liveblog her experiences reading Fifty Shades of Gray. I urged her not to do it, but she’s braver than I am, and here she is. She’s very funny and makes the silly thing tolerable!
